Tai Chi in China
What a wonderful way to get exercise, enjoy the sunshine, get a great start on the day and meet people!  This picture was taken early one morning in China.

While in China to intern for my TCM studies, we took a trip to this site of the movie "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon", my favourite movie.
 

This is what it looks like...a giant acupuncture needle. I went to Portland, Oregon specifically to see this.

The idea is to stimulate discussion about health, environment, city planning, art, and community.

Acupuncturing a patient's back I also like to use my TDP heat lamp to speed healing, increase blood circulation, decrease inflammation and edema, and help my patients relax.
