Huang Shan Mountain
If you want to enjoy a beautiful site and get lots of exercise, visit Huang Shan Mountain in China.  You can take a lift up and down the mountain, but we chose to take the stairs.


While in China to intern for my TCM studies, we took a trip to this site of the movie "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon", my favourite movie.

What a wonderful way to get exercise, enjoy the sunshine, get a great start on the day and meet people!  This picture was taken early one morning in China.

Acupuncturing a patient's back I also like to use my TDP heat lamp to speed healing, increase blood circulation, decrease inflammation and edema, and help my patients relax.
