Wednesdays 9:00 a.m.―6:00 p.m.
Thursdays 9:00 a.m.―6:00 p.m.

There is pay parking underground with elevator access to the clinic (except for Saturdays). Access to this parking is from Laurel Street, via the alley between West Broadway and West 8th Avenue (because of subway construction along Broadway, Laurel Street is accessible only via 8th Avenue). Note that this parking is available 7 a.m.-6:30 p.m. Monday-Friday (gate locks, so don’t get stuck!). There are several other pay parking lots and metered (time specific) parking all around.
I hope you enjoy the space I have created and the convenience of online booking and billing.

Billing options
If you have Pacific Blue Cross, Sun Life, or one of the insurers listed on Telus eClaims (e.g. Canada Life, Manulife), Sunlife, or Provider Connect (e.g. Green Shield or Empire Life) direct billing, I will put those payments through directly so you don’t have to. You’ll need to fill out a consent form for me to do so, but once that’s done, you simply have to give me your information with your insurer and I will take care of the rest. Note that I will ask to keep your credit card on file in case the insurance doesn’t go through, but I will let you know if that happens.

Your comfort and safety first!
While there is talk about whether the COVID-19 pandemic is fully over or not, this coronavirus is not completely gone and cold and flu season has hit. At the same time, I get it, there’s fatigue over all the restrictions and constant talk about this virus. My goal is to make sure you feel safe and comfortable. Feel free to contact me if you have questions or concerns.
Plenty of space in the wait room and you may even like to enjoy the fresh air and chance to wait outside on my balcony on a nice day. I’m also the only practitioner in my clinic at this time.
